As Associate Professor at TMSS Heart Center, Dr. Islam’s academic work is grounded in clinical cardiology, coronary intervention and the management of acute cardiovascular disease.
His academic foundation includes an MD in Cardiology from NICVD under BSMMU, a PhD from the University of Rajshahi and postgraduate training at Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Shaheed Suhrawardy Hospital.
